These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Winspire platform and apply to all registered members in the Philippines. 5. Payments and Transactions in Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on Winspire — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that their deposit source is legitimate and that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Winspire does not accept deposits from third parties on a member's behalf. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed during the transaction process. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
Winspire reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a member has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in behaviour that is harmful to the platform, other members, or the integrity of gaming operations. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: providing false registration details, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent transactions, using the platform in a jurisdiction where it is not permitted, or breaching any specific rule outlined in these terms. Members may also voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited, while verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Winspire's withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification. Winspire also reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation if fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected. Members whose accounts are closed for serious terms violations will not be permitted to register a new account on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
